| A Scot by birth, Robert Moir has been involved in several forms of dance from an early age. In the early 70s he discovered English Folk in Newcastle upon Tyne, and has continued and developed the connection from then. Robert is well known to the English Country Dance community as a dancer, teacher and caller who is interested in the 17th &18th century dance revival as well as teaching modern dances in the genre. He is noted for his dancer-friendly style of teaching, enabling dancers to perform to the best of their abliities and to enjoy the experience. He is much in demand both in this country and abroad, and always enjoys coming to Eastbourne. |
